Hey Everyone in El Paso and Alberqurque ! I wanted to let everyone
know how bummed I am that I am not well enough to play these shows.
I've been sick many times and been able to perform, but this has been
particularly hard on my voice and lungs. I am doing everything I can to
get better ASAP, and will hopefully be back and ready to go for the
Staples Center show. I also would like to thank everyone in Oklahoma
City for being so amazingly awesome during my not so awesome
performance there. I have never felt so much love from a crowd in my
life. I wasn't sure if we were gonna make it through that show, but
the crowd really carried us through it. LP has the best fans in the
world. Thanks for everything..............C

I actually wonder if you take any antibiotics after every show. i imagine that all that screaming can't be good for ones throat.... :(

Not so awesome performance in OKC??? I think your illness is getting to you =) Your performance was amazigly awesome, thanks for not cancelling the show and even coming down to the crowd during it. It's the best concert I've been to by far! Take it easy and get better soon =)

Drink lots of orange juice and/or hot tea with honey and take hot steamy showers, it'll help! I'm also thoroughly enjoying my digital souvenir package from the Baltimore show. I just got it Saturday and have listened to the whole concert about 5 times already. You guys had the best idea ever.
Chester, I was at the Oklahoma City show and believe me it was amazing as usual! You may not have felt that way but we all felt how much of your self you put into it and it was amazing!! Please, Please,Please come back to Albuquerque! We bought these tickets for my nephews ages 15 and 16 and for my two sons ages 10 and 12 for Christmas! This was the only Christmas present that we were able to get them and they waited 2 1/2 months for this concert. My husband was going to take all 4 boys and it was going to be the FIRST concert for all of the boys!!! They were so excited!! 6 hearts are now broken! 4 Boys, My husbands because he was going to take them and Mine as a mother because of the tears and sad faces! The first thing out of my 10year olds mouth was: "I hope Chester gets better, because its bad to have brocittus!!" I wanted to say that had you not said you were sick, I truly believe we wouldn't have known the difference. You put on an amazing performance, one I believe truly lives up to your previous shows I've seen.
I want to also give it up to all the fans at the OKC show too. I've never seen such passion for this band and their music in any other concert I've been to (I've been to some big ones). The crowd was electric and I know that was probably better than any medicine you could have taken to get through the show. Thank you to the fans for making the show so memorable and for Linkin Park for putting on the most amazing show I've been to yet.
All you have to think of is recovering and no worries about the shows, we all love you too much to like get mad or anything. And even though I know you'll never ever read this, I just wanted to tell you :) Get well, sweetie!.

We are at NYC MSG 2/21/08. By far the greatest show I have ever seen. The crowd erupted as soon as you guys stepped out and it was uncontrollable and intense. The stands were shaking the crowd screamed the lyrics to the songs. The energy was insane. I have been a fan from the beginning and I have been to alot of different concerts but this was my first LP show and the best one I have ever seen. You guys need to come back to NYC...
