Linkin Park Work on the Score for Transformers 2: Revenge Of The Fallen

Linkin Park are working on the score for Michael Bay's new Transformers film, due out June 24th!

They are doing a song to be used as a theme for "Revenge of the Fallen" and will be working on the song over the next few weeks with award-winning film composer Hans Zimmer.

Linkin Park Games coming to iPhone

Artificial Life, Inc., today announced a three-year agreement with multi-platinum two-time Grammy-winning rock band Linkin Park and Warner Bros. Records to produce a series of official applications for the iPhone and iPod touch platform. The company plans to release two interactive applications per year, featuring the band’s likeness and music in unconventional styles; the first launch is tentatively scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2009 pending approval.

Summer Sonic Dates Announced

Linkin Park will headline Summer Sonic 09 in Japan this coming August. The events will take place at Chiba Marine Stadium in Chiba on August 8th and Maishima in Osaka on August 9th. LPU members can purchase pre-sale tickets NOW. Tickets go on sale to the public at all ticket locations including E-plus on Saturday, May 30 at 10am (local).
