Linkin Park to Perform at Transformers Premiere in Moscow

Linkin Park will be performing a free show in Moscow's Red Square at Vasilyevsky Spusk on June 23rd as part of the Transformers: Dark of the Moon world premiere. Stay tuned for info on how you can attend, even if you live far away from Russia.

2 DAYS Left To Redeem LPUX Merchandise Packages

LPUX annual members who joined prior to May 2, 2011: You only have 2 days left to redeem your LPUX merchandise package. If you have not yet redeemed your package, please do so HERE. After Monday, May 16 at 12:00pm PT, you will no longer be able to redeem your LPUX merchandise package.

If you have friends in the LPU who have not yet redeemed their package, please make sure they are aware of the upcoming deadline.

Linkin Park is hosting one of their popular LPU Summit events on June 21st, 2011 in Hamburg, Germany. LPU Summit events give fans a chance to interact behind the scenes with the band and their crew in a way like never before.

Linkin Park nominated for MTV Video Music Aid Japan awards

MTV Japan have revealed the nominees for the “MTV VIDEO MUSIC AID JAPAN” awards! Linkin Park are nominated under Best Group Video, Best Rock Video and Best Album of the Year.

Instead of the usual awards ceremony, MTV has decided to hold a charity event at Makuhari Messe Event Hall on June 25th, with all proceeds donated to the Japanese Red Cross Society as earthquake relief funds.

Idol group AKB48 will serve as the MCs for the event, with artists like Lady Gaga, Nishino Kana, EXILE, BENI, w-inds, and more scheduled to perform.
